Aquidneck Corporate Park - Master Plan

The Aquidneck Corporate Park - Master Plan study is the result of a cooperative planning effort between the Town of Middletown, the Middletown Economic Development Advisory Committee, the Newport County Chamber of Commerce, and the owners/tenants of the Aquidneck Corporate Park. It was prepared to suggest possible improvements (and the discussions leading to these suggestions) to the aesthetic and functional condition of the public rights-of-way within the park, specifically suggestions regarding public landscaping design and signage. These improvements will help to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of the Aquidneck Corporate Park for defense related and other high-tech companies. We hope The Town of Middletown can use this document to acquire funding and guide further development of this asset as a competitive Defense Related and High-Tech Corporate Park.
