Fences, walls, and hedges are regulated by the Town. A Building Permit is required for all fences walls and hedges constructed on all or part of the perimeter of any parcel. Repair of an existing wall or fence does not require a permit. Please see Zoning Ordinance Section 705 for more detailed information on requirements.
