Seasonal beach passes for Middletown residents and non-Middletown residents will available to purchase online in April & in person May of 2023.
Only the following documents are accepted to prove Middletown residency:
- Automobile registration (registered to Middletown address)
- Middletown real estate tax bill, receipt for taxes paid, or name on tax roll
- A valid residential lease for a Middletown property of at least 12 months duration
- Military housing orders & a valid Middletown residential lease
Please note that utility bills will not be accepted as proof of residency.

Middletown Resident: $70
Middletown Senior (65+) Resident: $65
Middletown Resident Motorcycle/Scooter: $30
Non-Resident: $140
Non-Resident Senior (65+): $130
Non-Resident Motorcycle/Scooter: $60
Daily Parking Rates:
Weekends & Holidays: $30
Weekdays: $20
Parking rates apply only during the beach season, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
