For years, Middletown has been talking about ways to improve its school buildings and grounds. Recently, the Town Council approved submitting a Stage 1 application to the state Department of Education that the community is interested in investigating its options. A new school Building Committee is guiding the process and wants to hear from residents, educators, businesspeople and others about their ideas.
